Package Your Items
Place the original items in their secure packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached and the garments are in their original condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it securely to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier partner and keep your tracking number handy to monitor the progress of your refund or exchange.
